Our Residential Systems
Residential systems are almost always built to utilise the maximum feed-in tariff of your power network.
Designing system to these limits:
- Saves you money when you can use more self-generated power
- makes you money when you can feed in excess
This is usually a 6.6kW panel array coupled to a 5kW Inverter. The larger wattage panel array is because you may oversize the array by up to 30%. This gives you a longer period during the day where the inverter works at full capacity. Imagine a bell curve with the top sliced off. (see Fig 1)
What brands do we use?
We use products that we have great supplier relationships with, companies that we can rely on to produce great products and that support them throughout their life.
Like everything, there are great products, even better products and then there are the best.
There's also cheap. We don't waste your time, or ours, with cheap (& nasty).
