Ramez Naam is a former Microsoft executive, an entrpreneur, and the co-Chair for Energy and Environment at Singularity University.

Ramez also specializes in the disruption clean energy and related technologies are bringing to the $6 trillion energy, transportation, food, and water industries.

Ramez’s talks focus on preparing audiences for both the incredible challenges of those transitions and the immense opportunities they bring with them.

In 2016 Germany had the highest solar capacity per capita of the world.

In 2017 Germany had nearly 6 times the solar output of Australia, yet look at the difference in land mass and irradiation level comparison. (Dark brown is good, for solar anyway) See diagrams below.
